Les profileuses ont des applications dans tous les secteurs, de la construction aux infrastructures en passant par l'automobile, l'a\u00e9rospatiale, l'\u00e9lectrom\u00e9nager et bien d'autres encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aper\u00e7u du processus de formage par laminage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les profileuses utilisent un processus continu et automatis\u00e9 pour manipuler la t\u00f4le enroul\u00e9e et en faire des pi\u00e8ces sur mesure avec des courbes et des formes r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es. La mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des bobines d'acier, d'aluminium ou d'autres alliages, est introduite dans l'\u00e9quipement du laminoir. Le mat\u00e9riau passe \u00e0 travers une ligne de matrices \u00e0 rouleaux install\u00e9es dans des stations s\u00e9quentielles, chacune effectuant des op\u00e9rations de fa\u00e7onnage incr\u00e9mentielles. La bande est enfil\u00e9e \u00e0 travers un premier ensemble de rouleaux de guidage dans le premier ensemble de rouleaux de formage. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure de son passage dans les cages successives, la forme du mat\u00e9riau est modifi\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on incr\u00e9mentielle. Les quelques derniers rouleaux de formage affinent la pr\u00e9cision dimensionnelle finale. Enfin, une tron\u00e7onneuse volante coupe les sections \u00e0 la longueur souhait\u00e9e et les empile sur la table de sortie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exigences mat\u00e9rielles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les pi\u00e8ces form\u00e9es par laminage peuvent \u00eatre produites \u00e0 partir de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acier \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acier inoxydable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aluminium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuivre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laiton<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D'autres alliages et composites m\u00e9talliques peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre form\u00e9s par laminage avec un outillage appropri\u00e9. L'\u00e9paisseur de la t\u00f4le varie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 0,15 mm \u00e0 environ 3 mm pour les m\u00e9taux courants. Les lignes de profilage peuvent produire des bobines d'une largeur maximale d'environ 1 500 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Capacit\u00e9s de formage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une large gamme de g\u00e9om\u00e9tries de profils uniformes peut \u00eatre fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide de rouleaux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arcs de base, formes courbes Sections C-, Z-, chapeau, U-<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perles complexes, nervures, profils cannel\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Panneaux, rails d'autoroute, cadres de porte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Angles, tubes, conduits rectangulaires<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sections tubulaires ouvertes et ferm\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le profilage 3D avanc\u00e9 permet d'obtenir des formes asym\u00e9triques avec des \u00e9paisseurs de paroi variables sur toute la longueur de la pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
